It started with a question we'd all asked.

Every Deaf traveler knows the moment. The resort help line is a phone tree. The live chat stalls the second your question gets specific. The accessibility you need is treated like a special favor you have to request at every step, instead of something the trip is built around. You end up doing all the planning work yourself, in a second language, with no advocate — and paying the same price as everyone else.

Fallon built Fairytale Dreamers Travel to be the other answer. A travel agency where the advisor signs. Where you're never told to "just call." Where a Deaf family gets the same expert in their corner — in their own language — that everyone else takes for granted.

Today we're five advisors, all Deaf or hard of hearing, all signing: Fallon, Kailey, Megan, Tabitha, and Sabrina. One of us is a former Cast Member. One is a fourth-generation Deaf ASL educator. All of us are in the parks, on the ships, and at the start lines, year after year.

And because Disney and the cruise lines pay the advisor — never the client — all of it comes at no extra cost to you. That's not a promotion. It's just how this business works.

What makes us different

Accessibility-first isn't a feature. It's the whole point.

Most agencies treat access as a checkbox near the end of planning. We start there. Before we talk resorts or tickets, we learn how your family communicates — signing, voicing, captioning, or mixing all three — and the whole trip gets built around it.

That means interpreter requests lined up with your itinerary, captioning and communication kits arranged before you arrive, honest coaching on how Disney's Disability Access Service works, and an advisor who has navigated the parks as a Deaf guest — not read about it in a manual.

Credibility you can check

We plan the trips we take.

Our recommendations come from being there. Between the five of us we've stayed at all 30 Walt Disney World resorts, held Annual Passes for years, attended every EPCOT festival, sailed Disney Cruise Line, and crossed every runDisney finish line — marathons, halves, and the early-morning 5Ks in costume.

When we tell you a resort walkway is long, it's because our feet remember it. When we say a restaurant works well for a signing table, it's because we sat there. Ask us anything. You'll get an answer from someone who's done it.

Our photo promise

Every photo here is ours.

Every photo on this site was taken by our team while planning, scouting, or traveling with clients. No stock images, no marketing renders — just the parks, the ships, and the races as we actually see them. If you spot us in a picture, that's because we were really there.
