If you're planning a Disney trip anyway, here's the part most people don't realize: a great agent costs you nothing extra — and saves you hours, money, and a lot of second-guessing. Here's exactly how.
Start here
It costs you nothing extra.
✦
This is the question everyone has, so let's answer it first. The price you pay is
exactly the same whether you book on Disney's website yourself or book
through us. Disney builds the agent commission into its package pricing and pays us
directly — it's never added to your bill. So booking on your own doesn't save you a
single dollar. It just means nobody's working behind the scenes on your trip. If you're
going to Disney anyway, why not have a whole team in your corner — for free?
And working with us is simple: tell us what you want — your dates, your
budget, the must-dos, who's coming — and we take it from there. We research the resorts,
compare every offer, build your day-by-day, book it, and keep watching it after. You
bring the wish list; we do the work, so you don't have to.
What an agent actually does for you
You get our time, not your own.
✦
Planning Disney well is a part-time job. Here's the work we take off your plate —
at no cost to you.
We watch your price — and re-apply drops
Disney releases new offers all the time, and they almost never go back and apply them to trips already booked. We keep an eye on your reservation. When an offer comes out that fits your trip, we re-price it and rebook you at the lower rate — when it applies and there's availability — and the savings go back to you. You don't have to check, refresh, or ask.
We know the deals — and which ones are real
Let's be honest: what you see on Disney's website is what we see. We don't have a secret lower price, and we'll never pretend to. What we do have is the strategy — which offers are genuinely below normal, when they tend to release, and how to build a package for the best real value. Sometimes the smart move is a bigger resort that's running a better deal. We do that homework so you don't have to guess.
We've actually done it — all of it
This isn't theory for us. Between our team we've visited all 30 Disney resorts (and stayed at many of them), eaten our way through the parks, been to every EPCOT festival, run every runDisney weekend, done Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, sailed Disney Cruise Line, and even brought our cats to the pet-friendly resorts. Ask us anything — you'll get a real answer from someone who's been there.
We stay with you the whole trip
We don't disappear once you've booked. Dining times, ride strategy, a resort question at 9pm, a hiccup on a park day — we're a message away from your first "hello" through your last day in the parks. And when you book with us, our dining-watch service is on for your whole trip, free.

What makes us different
Why Fairytale Dreamers
A Deaf-led team who plans access from lived experience.
All five of our advisors are Deaf or hard of hearing. We've navigated the parks
as Deaf guests ourselves — so we plan from experience, not a checklist. We schedule
ASL interpreters for shows and experiences and line them up
with your itinerary, and we'll tell you honestly how Disney's
Disability Access Service works and whether it applies to your party.
Deaf children, a Deaf adult in the group, hearing loved ones, a mixed-hearing family —
we plan trips where everyone is in on the magic, together. And one of us is a former
Cast Member, so we know it from the other side of the rope, too.

No. The price is the same as Disney's website. Disney builds the agent commission into its package pricing and pays us directly — it's never added to your bill. Booking yourself doesn't save you anything; it just means no one's working on your trip for you.
Do you get cheaper prices than Disney's website?
No — and anyone who promises that isn't being straight with you. What you see on Disney's site is what we see. We don't have a secret rate. What we have is the strategy: knowing which offers are genuinely below normal, when they release, and how to build a package for the best real value.
What if a discount comes out after I've booked?
We watch for it so you don't have to. When a new offer fits your trip, we re-price your package and rebook you at the lower rate when it applies and there's availability — and the savings go back to you.
Do I have to be Deaf or hard of hearing to book with you?
Not at all. We're a Deaf-led, signing team, and we plan trips for everyone — Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing families alike. Mixed-hearing groups are our specialty, but we'd love to plan your trip whoever you're traveling with.
Same price. More magic.
Let's plan it together.
